We meet every month to discuss critical local, state or national issues of concern to our community. Our meetings are scheduled the third Thursday of every month.

Our Mission is to:

  • Ensure our voices are heard on important issues and priorities
  • Strive to improve our community
  • Make government work for us -- the people

Our Beliefs are:

  • We believe in the Constitution of the United States and consider it an immutable statement of our rights of self-governance.
  • We believe in the value of all citizens of the United States, no matter their background, heritage, gender, race or religious beliefs.
  • We believe in the Separation of Powers in which the three branches of government delineated by the Constitution are co-equal and therefore equally accountable for their named responsibilities: Writing the laws (the Legislative Branch), enforcing the laws (Executive Branch), and adjudicating disagreements about the laws (Judicial Branch).
  • We believe that the Bill of Rights, comprising the First 10 Amendments to the Constitution, is absolute and that none of these rights may be forcibly stripped from a citizen of the United States.
  • We believe in the Rule of Law, which says that every person and every organization in our nation must obey all laws equally. No one -- not the poorest member of our society nor the wealthiest, not the least powerful member of society nor the President of the United States -- stands above the law.
  • We believe in equality – the right of every citizen to aspire for greatness, to hold their own beliefs, and to participate in governance by voting, volunteering, or running for office.
  • We believe in respect for alternative points of view, and the right to express these viewpoints without fear of government retribution.
  • We believe in transparency by our government and in protecting the right of a free press to ensure that transparency.
  • We believe in the right of every individual to choose how, where and why to practice their faith or the lack thereof.
  • We believe in the absolute right to free speech as long as it is not intended to harm others.
  • We believe that the government’s role is to protect its citizens and to assure that they can enjoy the full opportunities of a free society.
  • We understand and respect the difference between Business and Government, and recognize government’s responsibility to enable success for every American.
