Join Field Team 6 to learn how to Post and amplify messages (on the social media platforms you're already using) that tag your Members of Congress about the things you just called them about. Urge 'em to vote yes or no on that bill or nomination. Thank them for standing strong when they do the right thing, or ask them to fight for you when they wimp out. Learn more!

    By now, most of you know that city council member, Holly Andreatta made the news regarding her divisive and seriously misguided commentary to students at Twelve Bridges High School's Turning Point Club America.

    Our own DCL President Ruth Cox, was interviewed by LA Times and both ABC and CBS News. Our Democratic Club is taking the position that Ms. Andreatta should be at the minimum, censured by the City Council for her incendiary and groundless comments.

    We MUST TAKE A STAND against MAGA extremism in all its forms and make it clear – as Lincolnites – this is NOT who we are.

    This month, we’ll be replacing our regular monthly meeting with a Strategic Planning Workshop.

    Join us for pizza, then take part in helping us shape the future of our club by sharing your ideas, insights, and experience.

    We’ll start with an overview of our goals for 2026, then break into small groups focused on key areas of club operations: Political Action, Membership, Programs, Social & Fundraising, and Communications.

    The strength of our plan—and our ability to carry it out—depends on your participation. Your voice matters as we work together toward our shared goals of securing representation for Democratic values in our local government and winning back Congress in 2026.
