Rick is Deputy Executive Director at the Placer County Transportation Agency.

He plans, directs, and executes many of PCTPA’s work program efforts and participates in the development of long- and short-term planning activities.
Rick oversees and supervises the transportation planning staff, consultants and lead inter-agency project development teams for agency major initiatives.
At the November meeting, Rick will bring us up-to-date on the status of highway 65 improvement, and development along 193 at Sierra College Blvd.
